Every tile you need is already on the board, just in the wrong place. Your job is to swap pairs of tiles until all six words read correctly.

The letter is in its correct final position. Green tiles lock in place — you can't swap them, so they become anchors for solving the rest of the grid.
🟨 Yellow
The letter belongs in this word but sits in the wrong square. Slide it along the row or column it's part of to find its true home.
⬜ Gray
The letter doesn't belong in that word at all at this spot. It needs to move to a different word elsewhere on the waffle.
